Mr. James Chan Chiang Loke
Practicing successfully as a Certified Public Accountant since 1973. He began his professional career in 1960 as an audit senior with an International Public Accounting firm. He left after five years and went on to become the chief accountant of a multinational corporation before setting up his own firm.
James is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA)and has served as a Councillor and Vice President (Professional Development) of the Asian Division of this professional body and has also been the Vice President of the Singapore Branch. In recognition for his contributions to CPA Australia and to the accounting profession in Singapore, James was awarded the President's Award in 2004 by Dr. Wee Kim Wee, the fourth President of The Republic of Singapore.
James has served as a Committee member in several committees of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). And had previously served as Honorary Treasurer and Council Member. In recognition of significant contributions to the accountancy profession and the community in Singapore he was awarded the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) Merit Award in 1993 and the Meritorious Service Award by Minister Lim Boon Heng for the Ulu Pandan constituency in 1998.
He has also served as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Public Accountants’ Board, Singapore and was also a Past President of the Lions Club of Singapore East. He has also served as Honorary Auditor and Honorary Treasurer for the Rotary Club of Singapore.

Jacqueline joined the firm after having worked at an aircraft manufacturing company in Australia for a number of years as Accountant. She has more than 20 years of experience in auditing companies from various industries, both local and international. Her expertise includes internal audit, review engagements and due diligence for the purposes of acquisition of companies by clients. In addition to audit, she has local and international taxation experience, as well as in insolvency. Having acquired the qualification of Associate Financial Planner, she advises on financial planning and tax planning matters.
Jacqueline is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), and is also a committee member of the Public Practice Group Committee of the Certified Public Accountants, Australia (CPA).
Jacqueline is currently chairperson of the Singapore Women In Finance, a subgroup of the Singapore Business and Professional Women’s Association. She is also a member of the Finance Committee of the Financial Planning Association of Singapore, a prestigious government-backed association governing and catering to the needs of wealth and investment advisors and financial planners.
